The Problem
Dependency, runtime and security updates arrive faster than any team can review them. The work is high value and low glamour, so it queues behind feature delivery until a CVE turns it into an emergency - by which point several major versions are being crossed at once and the blast radius is unknown.
How It Works
The agent works continuously instead of in a quarterly sweep. It tracks the repositories you nominate, classifies each upstream release by breaking-change risk, and stages the version bump on an isolated branch. Your existing build and test pipeline is the gate: a green suite produces a reviewable change request carrying the relevant changelog excerpt and diff, while a red suite parks the upgrade with a failure report instead of a merge. Nothing reaches the default branch without a human approving it.
